Nutcracker was established in 1979 and Dancing Daughters in 1969 to provide the local dance school pupils on the Fylde Coast and in Preston with all their dancewear requirements.
Now all part of Winstone Limited, including their friendly dance studio - Winstone Studio of Friargate which is situated above our Preston shop, details of which can be found on our menu.
Supplying brand names like Freed, Roch Valley, Capezio and Tappers & Pointers we aim to provide the best quality footwear and clothing for all disciplines of dancing. Should you require leotards, cat suits, jazz pants or any type of footwear, we can provide you with them all.
We are now launching our Online Shop to add to our retail outlets in Cleveleys and Preston. This will provide you our valued customers with the ease of purchasing all your usual dance requirements from the comfort of your own home. We will still be available at each of our shops should you require personal assistance.
Also in our Nutcracker shop we offer a range of Senior ladies bed wear, night dresses and a large selection of house coats and dressing gowns along with an extensive range of stockings and tights from Pretty Polly, Elbeo and Aristoc.
Our extensive lingerie range from top supplier Playtex includes the latest editions from 2009/10 collections. We have now introduced the latest lingerie lines for all ladies including Wonderbra & Shock Absorber.
Both our shops also offer knitting wool and are now one of the few remaining places that those dedicated to producing their own knitwear can rely on. We supply SIRDAR wool and patterns and can order any type of wool or accessory. Our customers over the last 40 years have all been provided with a friendly, informative and personal service tailored to meet their every requirement.
